United Training and Placement Services (UTPS) is one of the key initiatives of United Welfare Organisation (UNWO) with an objective to provide access to Guidance and Training with Placement assistance to youth which includes fresh graduates, unemployed graduates and dropouts.

Objectives

Devleloping a powerful nation by providing a proper and required skilled based training for each individual
To provide education & training for all school dropouts, college dropouts and all the other categories of youth and students
To tap the various skills of the youth, both natural and trained skills and to make them to improve in it and also to utilize for the betterment of the society
Collecting and informing various employment data's and information which will support to the growth and development of the youths and students
